Just had a fab day out with the Gay outdoor Club.  They operate throughout Great Britain and provides a wide range of outdoor and indoor sports and recreational activities for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender men and women.

This was the first West Wales walk of 2010, and was a moderate difficulty walk.  I'm not that fit and managed without difficulty.

Several of the walkers brought their dogs, a boxer, two labs, and a terrier, they all had a great time.
